2011 Swift Champagne Lodge,

The Champagne has grown larger and more luxurious, allowing the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom to be extended. New fabrics are teamed with furniture in ‘Romana Cherry’ woodgrain and ‘Westminster’ wall covering to give a high quality feel to the spacious lounge and dining areas. The lounge features a luxury freestanding sofa incorporating a pull out bed, two arm chairs and a free standing hardwood coffee table incorporating two pouffes. The focal point is a stylish ‘Dante’ glass-fronted, electric fire with space for a flatscreen TV above. Deene Cottage Special

This Lodge is a bespoke unit built as a one off special and is a combination of a Tingdene Addington Lodge Layout with the interior of a Deene Cottage. 

The Lodge is situated on an elevated position with commanding views of the fairways of Welshpool golf course and down the valley towards Welshpool. 

The Lodge has 3 verandah balconys, 2 of the balconys are hexagonal shaped situated on the front of the Lodge, whilst the other is situated at the back of the home. These balconys give you the ability to follow the sun around the home from dawn till dusk.

The interior of the home is designed with features and styling to look like a country cottage. The front door leads into a spacious hallway with plenty of room for any additional furniture. 

The lounge again is very spacious with a patio door out onto 1 of the front balconys. The fireplace is tiled with a dark oak surround and the 3 piece suite is traditional with high backs and wooden castor legs. The dining area raised and situated off the lounge and seperated by a dark oak bannister. The dining table is dark oak and is complimented by a matching welsh dresser.

The kitchen is again cottage style in a pine finish and has a high level oven with intergrated fridge freezer.  A space is available for a dishwasher and there is also space for a washing machine and tumble dryer in the adjacent utility room. The utility room has many other storage cupboards as well as the back door that leads out onto the rear balcony. This balcony is situated to catch the evening sun or is a pleasant shady area during the day and also leads onto a very large private rear garden area.

The main bedroom in this lodge has a walkthrough wardrobe area into a good sized ensuite with shower. The main bathroom is accessed off the hallway and has a bath with shower attatchment. The second bedroom is a generous size and has a second double bed.
